If Manyara National Park

Pick up from Arusha and transfer to Lake Manyara national park for a game drive. This national park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park), located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Lake Manyara’s unique tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake.

If Tarangire National Park

After breakfast we head into the Tarangire National Park for a morning game drive. The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa.  We will have lunch in the afternoon and head to Karatu in the evening for an overnight.

You will be approaching to the coast after leaving the Arusha in the very next morning. For information, you will pass through Moshi town and get a chance to cross southern slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Now, you can witness Pare mountain ranges and get to witness the great views before reaching the campsite at Pangani which is located between Arusha and Dar es Salaam.

It is the day where you can get complete relaxation and get ready to enjoy another long drive through palm trees in this region. Once entered Dar es Salaam, you will get to view many colourful shops. Now, you will be arriving at a seaside campsite and get ready to experience the exciting trip in the evening to Zanzibar.

Well, this morning, you will leave to the Spice Island where you are going to stay for the next three days. During this occasion, get a chance to spend time in swimming or sandy beaches. Even you can do scuba diving or also taking a trip using a glass-bottomed boat as per wish. Also, explore the old stone town as well as palaces of sultans. Even, you can get a chance to know more about the hidden history. Later, there will also be a trip to Prison Island in order to witness the giant tortoise. Also, you can get a chance to take deliciously made seafood dishes.

After living in the island for one last morning, you will be leaving from Zanzibar and approaching towards Dar es Salaam. At last, your 10 days safari tour comes to an end.
