8 DAYS TANZANIA WILDLIFE SAFARI
A safari experience tailored to bring you closer to the African wildlife like you have never been before. It is aimed at tracking the Great Wildebeest Migration at Central Serengeti, to witness one of the greatest natural events in the world. This mammals, the Wildebeests, Zebras, Gazelles and others march annually in search of water and pastures from the Serengeti all the way to Maasai Mara in Kenya. In addition, see the Big 5 animals and learn about them, not to forget the incredible birdlife in every Park you visit.

Arrival at the Airport (JRO)
You will be picked up from the airport (Kilimanjaro International Airport/ Arusha Airport) and be transferred to your hotel in the town of your choice where you will rest and prepare for your safari.
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Have your breakfast early in the morning. A drive to Tarangire National Park will follow soon after. Upon arrival you shall check in with the park authorities. At the gate, birds litter the place. Your appreciation of the natural world starts here. We then buckle up in our 4*4 and start driving in the park. Elephants are usually seen a few kilometers from the main gate, and sometimes these giants are right at the main gate, to your amazement. We push deeper into the park and to the Tarangire River. This is where most animals hang around, especially during the dry seasons. We shall have our lunch at noon, a short rest and another game drive resumes after we are freshened up. We shall drive to Ngorongoro Highlands in the evening for the night.
Ngorongoro Highlands to Lake Manyara National Park
We shall leave the lodge after breakfast for a very short drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Bird-watchers will find Lake Manyara an absolute delight, with a huge variety of birds on display in the park. Even the novice can expect to be amazed by large flamingo flocks, circling birds of prey, and the brightly colored lilac breasted roller. Water birds are abundant too. We shall visit the hippo pool to catch up with these huge mammals.
Ngorongoro Highlands to Serengeti National Park
We shall have an early breakfast at the lodge before we go for another drive to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We shall check in at the Serengeti Naabi Gate before we start driving on the plains on the Serengeti National park towards Seronera Area. We shall go for an afternoon game drive at the Serengeti. Here wildebeest herds are common, big cats are usually spotted here prowling. At around evening we head to the lodge to spend our first night at the Serengeti National Park.
Full Day Serengeti National Park
Today we spend the entire day at the Serengeti. Going for a game drive in the morning to catch up with the morning wildlife. We shall return to our lodge at noon for lunch and a short rest. We then shall resume our game drive. Lions are abundant at Serengeti National Park. With a lucky day we may be able to catch up with hunting cheetahs. We shall then head back to our lodge for an overnight.
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
We shall have breakfast in the morning then head for the last game drive in Serengeti National Park. Today we game drive here for a few hours before we start game driving en route as we leave the Serengeti Behind. Driving in the park for a chance to spot Cheetahs, which are abundant in the park. We shall have our lunch at noon and proceed with our game drive as we slowly drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where we shall spend the night and prepare for an exciting game drive the next day.
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After an early breakfast we will descend down the Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is almost 600 m deep, approximately 20 km wide and the massive caldera is home to an amazing variety of animals. On your game drive you have the possibility of seeing all different kinds of mammals ranging from the Big Five – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard – to Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles and mountain reedbucks. You might also see spotted hyenas, rare wild dogs and some of the more than 500 bird species of the area. After a picnic lunch in the crater and more driving, we shall leave the crater in the afternoon and drive to Arusha.
Today we drive you the airport. It will be sad to say goodbye after spending the last couple of days together. As we wave you goodbye we hope to see you again.
