Kilimanjaro trekking – The Kilimanjaro Mountain is located in East Africa not far from the border with Kenya, in the north of Tanzania.

- Eat well: –Your guiding team will bring food and prepare it. Nausea and loss of appetite are one of the main symptoms of AMS.
- Target to drink at least 3 liters of water a day: – Water is critical on the hill, you can add an energy supplement in water.
- Most excellent asset guides and Porters on Kilimanjaro: – Typically, each climbing team has at least one guide and three porters for each climber. – Approximately every porter carries on their back, 20 kg of kit!!
- Determination and persistence: – It has a lot to do with a commitment to reach the top of Mount Kilimanjaro. There will likely be a point where you might want to give up during the summit attempt–typically around Stella Point or Gilman’s Point. You might feel sick and exhausted. It’s vital that you remain determined to get to the top at the lowest stage –one step at a time!
- Guidebooks: – When warmer temperatures and clear skies are most probable, guides suggest climbing Kilimanjaro in January-February or August-September. But these are also the most crowded months as well. Climbing in March or October is the best way to prevent crowds and foul weather just before each of the two rainy seasons.
- Avoid the busiest mountain regions and learn extra strategies of crowd avoidance along with the manner.
